Born out of love for cake, culinary curiosity and food intolerance, Audacieuse Vanille was established in 2017 in Montreal. Our goodies are vegan, gluten-free and soy-free, baked with all natural and if possible, local, ecological and fairtrade ingredients (and always heaps of love). Our recipes are inspired by Paulina’s European roots and our strong relationships with local producers and entrepreneurs. We care about the aesthetics and that’s why our desserts are both heavenly delicious and gorgeous to look at.
We bake daily pastries from scratch in our kitchen in Verdun, Montreal. The menu changes every 2 to 3 weeks with the most loved items being regularly featured and the new ones added in accordance with seasons. Come over and try for yourself !
